Hotel Gaudi

This hotel is at a very good location, such an amazing neighborhood, the Palau Güell is at the other side of street. If you are lucky to have a front side room you have the view... we did not... The staff was very kind, there is everyday clean in the rooms (thank you!), but the air condition was very dusty. Breakfast is not included if you book "room only", costs €14 per person, and it was a shock to saw one kind of food was molded. So tried once, never again. Also strange that hotel announces they have a luggage room, but the fast is this "luggage room" is at the next door parking lot, not a room but a cage with fences, but that was fine, our luggage was safe at our last day after check out, so we can enjoy the last walk in the city. I would say the price is reasonalbe for the room as the neighborhood is fantastic (I have stayed in more hotels nearby), but the breakfast is really did not worth it. Very sad the room does not have a mini fridge!

Lovely hotel 50 meters from La Rambla, across from Güell Palace, convenient for getting around on foot. Convenient covered parking next door, €25 for 24 hours. Very kind staff. Room not large but still comfortable, with surfaces, minibar, and kettle. Small balcony overlooking Gaudi's house. Rooftop terrace with a tiny pool and 4 lounge chairs. Very varied sweet and savory breakfast.

The Hotel is right across From, Paulu Guell, and features a wonderful view of the building, and from the rooftop Terrace, the entire Barcelona, skyline. Stay was wonderful from a easy check-in (even though we were early). Truly impeccable service during our entire stay of three nights. The room was squeaky clean on all surfaces and we had a small balcony to watch the flow of people. A really nice touch given the extreme heat, was refillable bottles of cold water in our room, with a refill machine on the R floor that had still and bubble water available. The breakfast buffet was full of fresh treats from fruit through juices, pastries, wonderful breads, local cheeses & meats, cereals, and two wonderful coffee machines. Additionally, the staff in the breakfast room were attentive and very helpful every time we went to breakfast. The AC worked well in our room and kept everything nice and cool. here were plenty of places for hanging clothes, as well as storing luggage. It was a three minute walk to get onto Las Ramblas, and all the wonderful shops and activities along that street We would definitely stay here again!
