Barcelo Hotel Nervion

We had a very pleasant stay in this quite busy hotel. The poor things were: the dodgy lifts and the officious breakfast staff. The good things were the location, its quietness, the cleaning of the room and in general, excellent lobby staff. In general because the reception on our arrival was mixed; on-line pre-check totally useless, continued insistence on Franco-period controls and data... Thereafter, everything smooth. Breakfast staff a little chaotic and very noisy.

Hotel with a splendid location, good services, unbeatable room. The only downside is the few options, if not none, of food for diabetics (sugar-free).

A fantastic experience in Bilbao, and we will definitely be back soon. Our stay at the hotel was an absolute pleasure in every way. The service was top-notch from the moment we arrived, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like a dream. The food at the hotel was equally excellent, and the perfect location made it incredibly easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Bilbao truly surprised us in the best possible way. The city is remarkably clean, peaceful, and safe to walk around. The abundance of lovely green spaces and well-maintained playgrounds filled with happy children gives the city a wonderfully lively atmosphere. It is a fantastic destination if you appreciate history, culture, and discovering new experiences. This is certainly not the last time we will be visiting this wonderful gem. Highly recommended...
