Very good location in the center of Bilbao capital. The hotel is very nice, with excellent facilities and the staff is very friendly. Well connected and the rooms are very clean and with every comfort. Honestly, I recommend it.

I am overnighting at this hotel. The hotel is clean. I like the room I have. It's nearby food places. Very good location. slow checkin, but the person who assisted me was pleasant. The quality of the hotel is an 8 My reason for the 1 star review is due to my neighbor. this little boy and another female would not stop slamming their room doors and it shakes my entire room. Bamming on other doors. The floor is quiet yet him and an older female for over 3 hours are just in and out of two rooms slamming the doors each time, and it is aggravating, and I could not get any sleep. I called the reception desk about it, and all a sudden the receptionist can no longer understand or speak English. The Hotel did absolutely nothing about it. I had to. I had to sit outside my door just now to see what the hell is the problem. Because it's 12:30am and I cannot sleep because of this. It was very intentional because the moment the guest realized I saw it was them who it was going in and out of the rooms and slamming the doors, and I began arguing and cursing about it directly to them, it stopped. Then 8am that morning, a few hours later, I am awaken by construction workers banging steel outside my hotel window and more door slamming from other guest Then all night I am sweating in my sleep from being under such a thick blanket. Remove the blanket, still sweating It was the worst sleep and stay. Terrible experience!
