Room was cleaned half of he time only I was offered a la carte breakfast only half of the time as well But as Level guest I paid full price not half ! Go elsewhere

None of the 3 coffee machines work at breakfast. 24 people are waiting in line for the check out. Ditto for the bar, when you sit on the terrace you have to drink yourself. This hotel is not worth 5 stars. People do their best but far too few staff.

Despite the strategic and nice location the hotel could be much better. The food offer Is poor both in the service room option and the restaurant. Parking very expensive, Room nice but not worth the price you pay, and during out visit we had the impression of a general coldness in the working staff. No soul no emotions. Come on this place Is in Spain not Norway.
