La Puebla

CAREFUL: they save your card details and take over more than a month later. We made a reservation for the night of 06/13/25, with payment at the hotel. We advised that the check in would be late and they told us that there was no problem, that they sent us a code to enter and that if there was problem we would call a phone. We arrived at 4am and had not received the instructions. We called more than 10 times on the phone and weren't picked up, so we were lying in town with nowhere to sleep. We sent complaint emails at 4:32 in the morning and they responded at 18:34 on 15/06/25 apologizing (it was human error) and offering us a gift night. We accept the apology because anyone may have a mistake in our work and we accept the offer for the night of 27/06/25. We attend the gift night and on the 17/07/25, MORE THAN A MONTH AFTER THE FIRST BOOKING, WE ARE CHARGED ON THE CARD. When we realized it, we claimed it by mail on 09/15/25. They didn't answer. We reclaimed it on 25/09/25 and again we are not answered. Finally, on 4/10/25 we are not forced to put a CLAIM SHEET in the hotel

The hotel is very well located, close to the tourist and shopping area. There is possibility of public parking very close. In our case, the room was small but we only stayed one night. The cleanliness very fair, under the bed there was a lot of lint and it needs a little maintenance. We stayed on weekdays and could not hear noise but is in an area of pubs and cafes.

Central hotel, cheap and quiet. Very good facilities with a spectacular bathroom, very nice. The worst part is the heat we have been through, although our room had an air appliance. No possibility of breakfast. Good place to come back.
