Superb hotel in a historic site, that of the Duke of Lerma. Modernity has integrated perfectly into this place. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a view of the hills of Castile. Breakfast (the time for which must be reserved at check-in) offers a large selection of fresh products. Be careful, however, it is very easy to park in the (very) large square in front of the hotel. However, on Wednesday, market day, parking is prohibited.

We went to have an appetizer and everything was a disappointment. From the girl who served us, who did everything reluctantly and as if it bothered her to work, to the quality of the product. We ordered some toast with ham and the bread was sliced bread (first time in our life that they serve it to us like that!) the croquettes were said to be homemade but they didn't give that impression, neither by appearance nor by taste. We certainly do not recommend it at all, terrible quality!!!

What a beautiful and well-maintained place, the palace of the old Duchy of Lerma beautifully renovated to receive guests. Kings, dukes, courts, and even Napoleon Bonaparte slept there, and now we have the opportunity to get to know it, rest, and enjoy the views from the beautiful terrace while you have a snack from the bar, which by the way has exquisite pizzas made on the spot, in addition to a variety of tapas, beers, and drinks.
