Parador de Jarandilla de la Vera

The hotel is beautiful, the pool is wonderful and very quiet. The buffet is up to par. We have gone several times and will continue going. And the best part is the staff and the management or administration; we had a difficult problem and they did everything possible to solve it. Truly a disposition toward the customer worthy of a high-category hotel, as this Parador is.

Our room was renovated, which meant that the door is soundproof, the room is freshly painted and equipped with fine A/C, the bathroom is new and modern and the bed sleeps excellently. That added to a cozy garden with large pool and a beautiful courtyard where we had a drink and got an excellent meal, made it a nice stay. The cathedral where Charles V once stayed is in the village, but we did not visit it extensively. Nearby is a lot of nature for hiking

We went in a group of 20 people, we did a tour of stoppers with Club de Vacaciones, we were in Plasencia, Merida, Cáceres and Jarandilla de la Vera, the first very well everything, in the latter the food was worthless, breakfast very well , the first day we did it in the breakfast room , but the second day we were told that we had to do it at 8:30 and in a separate room so we had to move from one room to another with the obvious discomfort. We were treated as second to no other guests had told him at the time that they had to have breakfast) then we found out that a couple complained and were allowed to have breakfast at the time they wanted and in the lounge breakfasts, (on top of that discriminatory) I recommend Holiday Club what value the stops they choose, because the trip was not at all cheap
