Hello, we were there yesterday, July 3, 2025, and we were not pleased when they told us we couldn't eat, even though the restaurant was open. We were there around 3:00 p.m. and there were people in the dining room. They told us they only served meals for employees. So I recommend that anyone who is not a worker does not go to eat because they will not be served.

Very poor management of the hotel and restaurant. Toilet only, so I give it 2 stars and not one. Very late reception to get in and out. Very careless room, with broken shower, uncomfortable and very old. Hot water malfunctions and sometimes even that. Extreme heating and difficult to regulate. Wardrobe very uncomfortable for inaccessible. Short plugs and some faulty. No Wifi in many areas. In some respects slim. Very expensive for what it offers. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very good kindness. The restaurant good food and good price. And special mention is made of the worker Daniel, who treated us spectacularly, besides he looks good person. A hug from his friend Manolo
