The hotel is very far from everything; it is located in the middle of a pine forest. But that is the least of it.... The buffet is mediocre; the salad is the same every day, and no products vary. Fried foods, pizza, French fries, and rice or pasta. The leftovers from lunch are served again at dinner. There is no fish, nor legumes and vegetables either. Throughout the week, there was neither gazpacho nor salmorejo. We have complained about the situation, and they offer you a plate of ham as a courtesy. But that is not the solution. The dining and kitchen staff leave much to be desired; there is a man. In the dining room with white hair and glasses who, rather than working, is continuously watching the customers; he must be responsible. The reception staff uses the disabled parking spaces for their own use. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The waiters in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive, the cleaning staff were nice and proper, the reception was fine but nothing more, the food was repetitive and basic, with little variety, and for those with food allergies, there were few options. Regarding the room, it was basic, with basic decoration; there should be a mini-fridge for necessary items, for example, for diabetics, children, and those with food allergies... the TV was tiny, the pillows were very thin, and having a cushion or double pillow would be nice. Excursion service to the center or some means of transportation that takes you to visit interesting places in the area.
