Perfect for families with children and also for couples.

Good half board and breakfast. However, during our stay, we suffered the inconvenience caused by a Pool Party held between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with an extraordinarily high music volume. The noise made it impossible to rest, converse normally, or enjoy the room in a quiet environment. My wife complained at the front desk to express our grievance and request that the volume be turned down. We were told that the manager was “handling an incident” and could not see us. However, during the three hours the event lasted, no alternative was offered, and we did not receive any explanation or apology afterward either. We understand that a hotel may organize entertainment activities for certain guests. What we do not consider reasonable is that such activities prevent the rest of the guests from resting.

The professionals who organize activities for children are exceptional. They had a fantastic time.
