The bungalow is very simple, but the lake views are incredible. Some bungalows also have views of the town of Dexarcos. In our case, some bushes blocked a large part of the panoramic view; if they pruned them, the views would be much better. There is no option for hanging towels, so many guests have to bring ropes to be able to dry them. We had quite a few problems with ants. Although the accommodation tries to control them with treatments, the problem is not resolved. The most concerning thing is that they were also constantly seen on the breakfast tables. The breakfast buffet is quite fair and does not offer continental breakfast options, such as eggs or bacon. At the front desk, they did not have a map of the town, and the only map of the area they had was only in German. A point to improve. The pool has quite a restricted schedule, as it cannot be used until the lifeguard arrives at 11:00, a time that is too late for those who want to enjoy it in the morning. Furthermore, it closes at 7:30 PM. As positive aspects, I would highlight above all the tranquility of the place, ideal for disconnecting. The lawn is impeccably maintained and there is always a large number of lounge chairs available, so it is difficult to run out of space, at least in July. The complex has great potential. It would be interesting to renovate the terrace furniture, incorporating, for example, benches or rocking chairs to make them more welcoming. I would also improve the landscaping between the bungalows and renovate the concrete pavement in the pool area, which shows the passage of time. Overall, we loved the place and believe that, with these small improvements, the experience could be excellent.

My experience was terrible... the pool was very expensive at 10 euros per person, the facilities were awful like the lounge chairs and umbrellas... the restaurant could not find my reservation.... The food was sky-high... the only good thing was the staff who were very kind

I have been going for years and every day the service is much worse, awful, the waiters show a lack of empathy and have a very bad attitude towards the customer, long waits, mistakes, and sometimes rudeness.
