I would like to especially highlight José at the front desk for his excellent professionalism and the great value he brings to the hotel. He has that ideal profile of a receptionist that combines kindness, efficiency, good appearance, organizational skills, and truly impeccable customer service. From the very first moment, he conveys trust and approachability, resolving any task quickly and always with a positive attitude. Moreover, José not only attends to guests effectively, but he also knows how to guide them very well, recommending places to visit in San Fernando, Cádiz, and nearby areas, as well as options to make the most of their stay. His knowledge of the surroundings, good communication, and attentive manner make the experience much more complete and enjoyable. It is a pleasure to encounter professionals like him, who truly elevate the level of service. All of this is complemented by impeccable cleanliness in the hotel, which conveys care, order, and a quality that is hard to match. A service of ten, one of those that makes a difference and makes you want to return.

Checkin was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, March is still considered winter which means the Hotel has heating on all the rooms permanently on. This means even with your door open, because of the direction of the hotel, you get no cold air coming in. Reception cannot do anything about it. I kid you not, when I say the rooms are hot, we're talking min 28 degrees Celsius. It's unbearable. On both nights I was up at 5:15am unable to take it anymore. 11am check out was not needed, we were gone by 9am. If you stay. Make sure you buy lots of water, think Swedish sauna, dehydration is a real threat. We felt very sorry for our little dog in this dog friendly hotel.
