Magnificent hotel, very good facilities, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and a ten out of ten spa, definitely worth repeating, special mention to Agustín for his kindness and his good work

I do want to highlight all the cafeteria staff for their wonderful service, especially MariLuz, and on the other hand, Jessica from housekeeping, because we had a problem with the room key card since it was configured incorrectly and she did not hesitate to make herself available to us and help us without stopping her work; it is appreciated that a hotel has such good, wonderful, magnificent, and fantastic staff.
