I was there from March 18 to 23, 2024, the hotel was dirty, I complained about the dirty room and a maid went down to the reception to insult me in front of the entire group of 19 people, they changed my room which was even worse, there was even vomiting on the terrace, I called the receptionist to come up, I saw everything dirty cup with remains of other people's hair, cookies and so on throughout the room, broken duvet filling, large torn towel, in the end I called cntravel and it didn't solve anything, now it's time to start legal procedures for damages and losses, I do not recommend it at all, do not work with it, in the buffet the china with original labels and unwashed

If you are looking for a clean and safe hotel then avoid at all costs. This hotel was without doubt the worst I’ve stayed in over the years. It was filthy from the moment we walked in and unsafe. I understand it’s not a 5* hotel however I expect it to be clean and safe. This hotel was a disgrace with management who basically made us out to be liars when we said the rooms were dirty and it took the threat of the official complaints form before they would refund us. No light shades, exposed wires, cracked walls, filthy bathrooms, lights that don’t work, cracked steps, mould on the walls, windows that didn’t close properly, broken air con. Very very tired and dirty hotel, this place is a hazard and needs shut down.

What can I say about this hotel? It’s unique. Ever been to a dingy serviced apartments complex? It’s like that. Microscopic rooms and bathrooms - I mean really really cramped. Dark hallways that make you feel like you are in a Hitchcock movie. Dirty carpets, minimalist minimals (no glass in the room, only shows gel dispenser, air conditioner didn’t work - they changed me to another room - only Spanish channels on tv). The remote control was held together with cello tape - and wasn’t in the room, I had to go ask for it. Reception staff indifferent, very little English spoken. I emailed to ask about the way to get there - one line “train is cheaper”. Didn’t reply when I asked if they could send a timetable (looking from England often there are errors on Rome to Rio timetables). No reply. Emailed again. No reply. Really useless. No different when I arrived. Circled a few things on a map, not asked me what I am interested in seeing. Never seen such complacency. That said, it was only 30 euros a night, so I guess I shouldn’t complain. But I certainly wouldn’t go back, even if for the devil I know. Location was fantastic, but there were plenty of others well located too.
