Gran Hotel Colon Costa Ballena

Very good attention from Ángel, always friendly and attentive. A great professional who makes you feel very well taken care of. He makes the stay much more pleasant. Thank you, Ángel! And to his team, I want to highlight Jennifer and Triana!

All the employees are very kind and Ángel, the dining room head waiter, is amazing; the hotel is great for going with family and children.

We have been the whole family having lunch at the buffet after having spent the morning at the water park and Angel, has been super kind, the treatment unbeatable and super attentive, a total success. We will come back again
