Rooms are decent and clean. Good service. Buffet food, honestly I do not understand the negative reviews, every day salads, live cooking of 2 fish and 2 meats and apart from that varied stews among other things of cold appetizers. It seemed very correct to me. The entertainment, the truth is that in September I have not seen it like in other hotels of the chain that we have been to, but it is logical that if the volume of clients drops, the entertainment staff also drops (I suppose that in high season it is different). Regarding the service, we had a small complaint and it was compensated at the moment. Thank you very much for everything.

This is constructive criticism, from a personal perspective, to try to get you to improve certain things so that it becomes an impressive hotel. We stayed 11 nights in August, in a suite that gave you the right to be in the Royal Service area. The room was very good, comfortable beds, spacious, and I must highlight the cleanliness, one of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we have stayed in quite a few. The Royal service was very good, the attention at the pool was constant, always attentive, and the reserved area in the buffet was the same, with drink service at the table. The pools were fine, there wasn't much crowding and air mattresses were prohibited, which is appreciated. The entertainment was very good, always with activities and good nightly shows; they work hard at it. The Imperial AI is worth it, Nestlé ice cream, cocktails made to order, and a few other details that make it interesting, especially if you are traveling with children. The location is very TOP, right next to a beautiful beach. Now comes the negative part, and perhaps the most important thing about a hotel: the buffet is horrific, the quality of the products is conspicuously absent, the grill—or for the modern crowd, the show cooking—is the worst I have seen, the fish was of infamous quality, aside from the fact that they never label what it is, the meat station never went beyond chicken and pork, one day there was beef steak that they overcooked until it was tough, you would try to talk to the cook and he would ignore you; I will make a side note here, the staff for the most part were super attentive, from the front desk to the last waiter, but the ones at the grills could not have been more unpleasant, they wouldn't look at you or answer you, anyway, moving on, the rest of the food was of low quality, little variety, and very repetitive; if you want to eat well, this is not your hotel. You only get one dinner included at the Terra, it is okay, it is not a marvel, but coming from where you are coming from, you appreciate it. The buffet is so mediocre that we ate 2 days at the NAOS, very good, nothing to criticize, good rice and good food. In summary, I would not return to the hotel because of the food, it is a shame, just by having some other restaurant included with the Imperial AI that allows you to get away from that buffet, it would gain a lot. I cannot give it more stars; with better food it would be 5, but we value food a lot.

Good facilities and good cleanliness, but the food was bad, low quality and very repetitive, poor in fruit.
