Astuy Apartamentos

We went to the cafeteria for breakfast at 11:45, we sat on the terrace. They offer a brunch that they advertise with signs and also on their website from 10:30 to 13:00. After waiting a while, I got a waiter's attention so he could take our order. He writes down our order and leaves, and comes back saying that he won't serve us breakfast or brunch or anything because they are only until 12:00. I tell him that it's 12:01, that we've been waiting for a while, and that it also says very clearly on signs and the website that they are until 13:00. The guy shrugs and says that's what his boss told him. Conclusion: the people at this hotel are unprofessional, they act arrogant, and they treat potential customers terribly. I don't recommend going there even for a glass of water, as they might not give you that either.

It's a shame because I would give it 5 stars; it has everything. Top location and quality, service. Everything. But there is a settlement of a Roma family below, in the beach area, and that leads to dirt, music in cars at all hours, and unwanted parties at night for rest. Aside from that detail, the rest is fine.

Without air conditioning, with an old fan that barely provides air. We left at 9 in the morning to have breakfast on the terrace of the same hotel, and the cleaners were next to the room. We put up the sign for them to clean, and we told them. We are going out; they can clean whenever they want. We return at 5 PM and the room is not cleaned. Shameful. I will not return, and I will never recommend this hotel. The room is extremely small and has an old fan that barely provides air. Shameful. What a disappointment. First and last time.
