Everything is excellent. Buffet, facilities, cleanliness, friendly staff.

Everything was a 10, if I have one complaint it is about the pool due to its difficult accessibility for elderly people, since to get there it is mandatory to climb about 20 steps.

Great place to enjoy beach in Santander being in the town at the same time. Comfortable, nice staff and beautiful pool. It is kind of a “beach hotel”, but the cleaning of sand in the rooms could be improved. Very nice people in the staff, Hector, Angy… We did not like the restaurant Panorama that much. It is ok-ich food, but definitelly improvable, the service is a bit mess and they are not so friendly.
