The experience has been very good from the moment of booking, we made it directly with the hotel, until check-out. The very friendly treatment and at all times did their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We'll be back.

The room was very cozy and the staff was very good. The excellent breakfast and the possibility of making meals in the restaurant is very good. On the top floor, the lighting in the hallway was much poorer than on all other floors.

We spent a weekend with a Smartbox that we had. The hotel summary is a “I want and I can’t”. The rooms are small, in our case it had a headboard on each side of the room. With a bathroom that they have remodeled but have put a screen so small that the water comes out. I understand that as a saving measure it is not allowed to leave the shower head hooked to shower and thus save water... it is quite uncomfortable The worst thing about the hotel is the tremendous noise. It has a restaurant underneath, the noise comes out even through the ventilation of the bathroom. The floors do not help the noise of people in the hallway to muffle. I'm not coming back, if anyone asks me the opinion here I have it... We have agreed with 3 receptionists, one of them seemed to be sparing her life for having gone for the weekend, another neither fu nor fa and another in the cast took all the joy and kindness of the rest, thanks for smiling and making us feel good. I think it has a lot to improve and for me mainly is the soundproofing of the hotel. Breakfast has variety, with a very good potato tortilla and friendly people. They have even musical thread that does not work, there you can see that they have done some remodeling but without much affection. I think there are many hotels in Suances and they should work to improve
