Hotel La Traina

We booked a quadruple room for two nights two months in advance. The day before our arrival, I confirmed the reservation by phone with the manager, and we agreed to make the payment at the time of check-in, since the deposit was never charged. Upon arriving at the accommodation, he informed us that he had resold our room to other clients because we had not answered two calls. As a result, he left us without accommodation at the last minute and without offering us any solution, in addition to providing unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. An unacceptable management that demonstrates an absolute lack of seriousness and commitment to confirmed reservations. I would not recommend it.

I arrived with fear due to its price, too economical for the times we are in, and after reading some reviews, even more so. SURPRISE, a family hotel, clean, the room spotless, the treatment very pleasant, Joaquín is a gem and his mother even more. The breakfast is small, given the number of rooms, but it has a bit of everything: cookies, pastries, cereals, cold cuts, etc. The pool is also small but never overcrowded, and it is always clean. Considering that it is a two-star hotel, it exceeds expectations. The quality surpasses the price. The proximity to Berria Beach is another point in its favor. Recommended; if we return here, we will go back to LA TRAINA.
