Firstly, the smell of the room is the same as an abandoned library, the stains on the carpet look like a crime scene and the shower curtains actually scared me walking into the bathroom thinking I was gonna find someone dead behind them. The soap in the bathroom was half used there were stains on a lot of things. I innocently went to plug in my charger behind the bed, which was nicely made, only to find that not only was the socket broken but there was a big dead moth or some sort of terrifying flying creature right next to the socket. There was also a big spider waiting for my sister beside the other bed too. It is also roasting in these rooms. To be honest, I would not stay here again and I would advise against staying here if you are looking for anything fancy. If you are looking for a hotel just for the night and you are not picky then this would be for you.

A dire experience with warning to firefighters, without heating,... the only thing to value as excellent with capital letters is the education and empathy shown by tomorrow's receptionist Elia Torres and cleaning technician Soledad!! Beware of forgotten things in the hotel, they do not return them!!! I left a dress being totally sure that I had left it there and called three times and first they had to look in the room, then I was still in the laundry and then they would tell the cleaning ...
