I suppose it was a good hotel once but now it is totally neglected and abandoned. The spa is not working, the grass has been uncut for months, the wood of the facade and the garden benches eaten away and unmaintained. In the rooms the floor wood is peeled off and the bathroom door below undone. The food's all frozen, I don't know if there's anyone in the kitchen, but if there's anything, all he does is heat it. The water they take out of the tap and warm. At breakfast there is no fruit because they say it is not arranged with the Imserso. They only have people from the imserso they don't get other customers because the hotel is under minimums. I find it regrettable that the Imserso will take us to this hotel in the condition it is.

I just got back from a 4 day trip and was staying at this hotel fraud. You are several kilometers from any place that there was some life and in the hotel the bar is closed as well as the spa and pool, when you finish dining at the latest at 9 pm and if you are not already kicked out, you are in a place that there is nothing to do, therefore I do not recommend that hotel. The lousy food, they put a dish very poorly cooked and tap water if you like it well and if you do not go to bed without dinner, my wife who is celiac, warning previously that it was, always asked if it had gluten and they were not clear and if something happened was a problem of the cook, there is no professionalism.
