We booked in March and requested a good room due to our special situation; upon arrival, the room smelled like a sewer, and we mentioned it. After two days, they offered us a room change with all the hassle that implies. We found out that other guests had already mentioned it, meaning they put us in that room knowing there were problems with the odors.
Well-located hotel, pretty on the outside, inside it's a museum of an old house, breakfast is very expensive. Very good staff, but the hotel needs an urgent renovation; there are undoubtedly better options nearby for very little more.
