Hotel Gala

The hotel is well located, near the city center, but unfortunately, there are many things that need to be reviewed. The room is really too small and narrow, which makes you not feel comfortable at all. The toilet is not separated from the shower, which can cause problems in terms of comfort and privacy. There is also a lot of noise at night, especially because there are restaurants right below some rooms. It is therefore quite difficult to sleep peacefully. The air conditioning is also a big negative point: either it is too cold, or it does not cool enough. In addition, it stops automatically after a certain amount of time. You therefore have to turn it back on regularly, otherwise the room becomes very hot and you almost feel like you are in a spa. The breakfast is quite classic and decent, without being exceptional. On the other hand, the staff is pleasant, kind, and welcoming. In conclusion, I find that the price is much too high compared to the comfort offered and all the negative points. For me, the hotel does not deserve its price.

I do not recommend it, the staff does not let you do anything, I have an autistic son and they did not even let him touch the ping pong paddle, not to mention the billiards, just by touching a ball they already kicked him out of the dining room that was next door and they prohibited his entry to the game room, not to mention that we paid ten euros to enter and a member of the staff said that they were insignificant, referring to my son and the ten euros. I do not recommend it, you go to relax and you leave worse than how you arrived.

The staff is very rude to the customers.
