Very disappointing. We stayed 3 nights at the end of August with high expectations given the photos and the price paid per night. We stayed in a triple room with a pet. The accommodation in general is lacking maintenance. In our room, the mosquito nets were broken, the bathroom door scraped, and there were broken tiles. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired; there are cobwebs on the curtains, the beds are damp, and there are quite a few insects (assuming that you are in the countryside, even so). The beds are short (less than 2m long), which is uncomfortable for tall people. The shower had hardly any pressure, and there were no towel racks to hang the towels. The furniture is eclectic and poorly maintained. The rooms are dark and have poor lighting. Barely one power strip on a table to be able to plug in mobile phone chargers. The bathtub and the radiators are chipped... Breakfast is a surreal moment since they are not sized for the number of guests. This forces you to wait to be able to have breakfast, and once seated, there is quite a surprising lack of organization for serving the food. If you travel with a pet (it is an accommodation that is marketed as such), in addition to paying a surcharge, you can only have breakfast at 3 small tables they have at the entrance of the accommodation - outdoors - which is conditioned by the weather and the availability of said tables which, furthermore, are arranged on a slope and are quite uncomfortable. This means that you have to have breakfast in shifts inside or have the luck (and the patience) to get a table outside. On average, it took us 1 hour to have breakfast. Breakfast is advertised by emphasizing local products, but except for the bread, nothing worth mentioning. Being 3 people and having had breakfast for 3 days, each day we had a different portion of eggs (one day for 3, another for 1, another for 2). It looks like it is an accommodation managed by a family with subcontracted staff who do everything, from the front desk, cooking, cleaning, etc. The management is very inefficient, but above all, the feeling of having paid a significant amount of money for a place where neither the comfort, nor the cleanliness, nor the quality are up to par. What were supposed to be a few days of rest turned into a desire to go home. There are no services of any kind in the area - this is a matter of personal preference - and the nearby beach, although beautiful, was dirty and the access is quite bad - this is not attributable to the accommodation. In any case, an experience to forget.

Our experience at the Posada del Angre was bittersweet. We really appreciate that they allow dogs, as for us, it is a big plus. In addition, the setting is beautiful, very green and quiet, although we missed having areas or sidewalks to be able to walk. Unfortunately, we had to leave four days earlier than planned, mainly due to the odors. The bathroom has no ventilation, and the smell ended up affecting the entire room, which also could not be ventilated well. The cleanliness also seemed quite improvable to us: we found some papers under the sink on the first day, and they were still there when we left. We also tried the breakfast, but it seemed disorganized and improvable to us. What surprised us most was that when we left early, no one asked us why. A shame, because with some aspects better taken care of, it could be a very pleasant accommodation.
