The usual, eating in the restaurant without air conditioning and sweating buckets, because according to the manager it "coincidentally" is not working today, now this other thing is a joke, we sat on the main entrance terrace, 6 people, minutes pass, yes minutes (20), since no one comes to serve us I head to the bar and a waitress who was inside the bar sweating buckets, the poor thing tells me she is alone, that her partner is "downstairs," and that there is a lack of staff and people do not want to work and so on and so forth; well, up to there "normal," but the BOMBSHELL comes when I ask a blond waiter to eat something on the terrace and he tells me that you cannot eat there, that it has to be inside, that his boss does not like people eating on that terrace, and it turns out that 15 minutes later we see a couple being served a bottle of champagne and food.......I fly into a rage and ask him if that is food or if it is a hallucination of ours, that is when he looks cornered and crestfallen and tells us he will serve us something to eat, to which we say "see you later"...... shameful.

SHAMEFUL We had dinner à la carte. 4 dishes to share. Everything without oil, without salt, scallops poorly prepared without their dressing. Some shrimp for 30 euros, soft, without oil or garlic or dressing. And to top it off, a turbot, 30 euros, unpresentable and raw, with 2 slices of boiled potato. Infamous, a scam and a disgrace. To top it off, we mentioned it and they wanted to treat us to coffee. 100 unforgettable euros. I don't remember such bad cooking even in the worst of the daily menus.

Terrible; upon entering the hotel the air conditioning was already not working, nobody told us anything and throughout the entire stay it did not work at any time, although they did offer us a fan. The hotel manager is unacceptable since he did not show up at any time and what he is doing is a complete lack of customer service, I do not recommend it and room service is not available either, a shame for the hotel that it is and for the 4 stars that they are supposed to have, I do not recommend it
