Good experience. Good service and attentive staff. Large room with a spacious bathroom and a balcony. Normal buffet-style breakfast. Clean. Very quiet place.

Despite being a nice house with a garden and a great porch, all four stars come great. A breakfast of poor quality products and meat and industrial pastries and unfortunately with problems with hot water. Amazing to be made to pay in advance. Unfortunate.

Excellent, a dream come true.A wonderful hotel with history, elegance, and at the same time modern and with everything you need. Ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar and Altamira caves, with total tranquility without noise. total peace thanks to the natural environment and the large stone walls inside .On arrival you are treated as if you were waiting and were your family. They do not hinder you at all and adapt to everything.They advise you to see, where to eat and the history of the place because they are the same family that has always carried it and that have done a great job and effort with so much love and dedication that it will leave your mark on your journey through the wonderful Cantabria. The treatment in high season is great, you are the center, they make you feel welcome.At breakfast you sit in a palace with the spectacular halls and the impeccable garden with beautiful views.You have to highlight the cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff at any time.After you have arrived from afar and feel better than at home, it is to be appreciated. We will come back because we loved it and this Palace is fairytale. Thank you wholeheartedly.
