Hotel Felisa in Queveda Nice country hotel, a few minutes from historic Santillana del Mar and the Cantabrian beaches. Low-rise building well integrated into the surroundings, with a splendid and satisfying view of the countryside. Nice room, with slightly worn bathroom fixtures, which, along with the barely decent breakfast, represent the only two minor flaws of the hotel. Staff of great availability and kindness. Breakfast, 1 toaster for everyone, they don't restock the bread (and they tell you so), bar/lounge, closed for a long time, in the room you can hear the water running from the others, bathtub without a plug (they get stolen, they say), what administration checks the ****?

For a 4-star hotel, it was really mediocre; for a 4-day stay, the meal starters were always the same, no bread at breakfast (only sliced bread and toast!), it was very hot in the room, the air conditioning did not work, nor did it in the rooms of the other people in the group. It was very unpleasant, with sleep disturbances due to the heat. Water infiltrations in the bathroom ceiling with mold. I remain very moderate in recommending it.
