HOTEL BESAYA

For the 80€ that costs the night pretty lousy. The room was dirty, the bathroom with mold on the walls and the tiles broken, the soap basket dirty and broken, the sheets dirty, and the bedspread broken. The window curtains fell down and did not cover clarity. Plus little empathy from staff with customers and issues that arise.

The location is very good, very close to the center of Torrelavega, has private parking, in front of the hotel there is also free parking but it is very requested, we were given room 103 and when we entered we noticed a strong smell of humidity... we were changed from room to another that was a little better. They have the option of breakfast (some toast and coffee), but it is more worth breakfast in a bar, we went to the Covadonga confectionery

I can only comment that I spent three nights in this hotel (I booked it through Booking) and a week ago I made the review: it was simply not a good experience, and their way of responding to me was by attacking my physicality. I am going to include in photos my review and his response, completely out of place, absolutely disrespectful and without any type of education. I want to make sure that everyone is careful, because I don't know who on the staff did it, but their upbringing hasn't instilled it in them. The last photograph is my response to them, since the only thing they know how to do is attack someone's physique because they have nothing else to attack, even on top of having a hotel that is falling apart.
