Apartment hired for one week in Aug 16 very clean place staff not helpful thank goodness one of our party spoke Spanish they need some one with at least another language in office and it's a shame they don't give you directions to office in information pack they send email . The apartment is up very long hilltop have to be fit or have a car to go anywhere in Pensacola . But the views are brill .swimming pool deep to deep for none swimmers no allowance made for children not enough sunbeds either . They say that no wi fi but there is ,code is fincossimo2016 . So why not tell people. One of worst things no airconditioning or fans why they don't hire them I don't know needed in high summer. No toaster or grill on oven . On the whole wouldn't hire again but it did surfice our needs . They could do better with a little effort and thought with a small cost shame they dont try The resort itself is good plenty resteraunts all where good that we tried . Ages of our party 40+
