Jardines del Plaza

Very good experience. It is the 2nd year we have come (last year to the hotel with A I) and this year to the apartments). Very well located (they gave us 070) and close to everything (pools and beach). We are very grateful to Ivan from customer service, who helped us a lot upon arrival with the suitcases and the online purchase (since they arrived early and he managed everything for us very quickly). The entertainment, as always, was great; the facilities were phenomenal, as always. We will return for a 3rd time.

We were assigned the worst apartment with endless stairs, for two people over 70 years old. The receptionist who assigned us the apartment was named Anna, and she did not take into account the age of the people who were going to occupy this apartment. Thanks to another employee named Adrián, who was very efficient, we were able to change to another apartment with an elevator that we could access. I should also mention that we found cockroaches in the hallways of the Los Jardines del Plaza complex. It also meant that the beach was completely raised and under construction.

The equipment of the unit is old and obsolete. The quality of beds are bad (hard). We get two different units and we got sewer smell in bathrooms. Only the reception speak another language than Spanish. Nobody in restaurants or bar are speaking any other language than Spanish. We are speaking more than four différents language and it was impossible to communicate or order without google translate. This is not acceptable in a 4 stars Hotel. The food was good but the personnel was not kind or even professional. The price for breakfast if you have no half board is for 2 adults and two children EUR 58.- I have a lot of complaint to make but if you read this, you surely understand that we had a really bad experience with this Hotel
