Lovely hotel and I am very fussy. We had breakfast included and it was very good all fresh and really nice. Cooked bacon, sausage, eggs all to order. Juices, coffee all very excellent quality. Room was immaculately clean, bed so nice & pillows. Linen crisp and clean. Changed everyday if you wanted towels shower all impeccable. The only reason I’ve not given 5* as the centrally controlled air con wasn’t cool enough. Our fridge did not work even though I told reception 2/3 times. No tea/coffee in room but we know so took a travel kettle. Also on check out asked for an extra hour on our room. Receptionist quite rude and abrupt. Even though we had another couple staying and other friends going in September as recommended by us. On check in first room was actually like a box really tiny and the outside space was in a walkway they was not going to change the room and I would have actually left it was my husband’s 60th birthday. Luckily the lady in the office heard my disappointment and found a room. Pool area nice. Probably not return. Unfortunately.
