Apartamentos Tamarindos Pe

We have taken an apartment for 6 people without children which means that we are all adults and I have not caught an eye for two nights. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed but often sofa. The first night we just opened the couch and went to bed just fine, but what a little night... The mattress can't be thinner and what's underneath aren't webbing no, they're irons that you stick into your soul. In the morning I went to reception to ask if they could give me a mattress to sleep on the floor and the girl who claims to be new had to ask permission from the owners and the answer was NO, no one had complained about the sofas and if I wanted mattress I had to pay it. Today's night has been even worse (it will be because of the pains already existing) and I have another one. The apartments are fine and the complex too but there is little empathy with the guests takes a lot of charm out of the matter. I have video of the sofa mattress and if I find how to climb it there I will put it so that it can be seen that I complain not for taste but for disgust.

I have a certain amount of experience in travel, hotels and apartments, and I have to admit that I have NEVER encountered people as unkind and unsympathetic as we find on this site. I have always thought it was the prerogative of the client of any hotel, to choose the days he wants to stay, except in this place, where I had the feeling of being a prisoner, under penalty of paying for nights he did not want to be staying. So, a caveat, if you make the reservation through the hotel website, very careful with the departure date, seems to be that this data is immovable, it cannot be corrected or varied, it is like the ten commandments, it is sculpted in stone and it cannot be modified, so that better to put fewer days than then can be increased; but, in no case can they be reduced, or at least that was indicated to us by the one who identified herself as the director of the business, appealing to a cancellation policy interpreted in a biased way. Also note with making the reservation by the hotel website, outside reception hours, it seems that it does not work properly, in our case we were several hours on a Sunday, waiting to be allowed access. What starts badly doesn't usually end well. Otherwise, recognize that the site is nice, the maintenance people very effective the very well maintained exteriors, and the apartment itself somewhat overrated, better the exteriors than the apartment itself. In conclusion, I would like to congratulate the director, for being the least kind person we have encountered throughout our travels, that I have to admit with all the honesty of which I am capable.

Really corresponds to the photos toene 4 zones ABCD the best are the A and B, has garages inside the property without cost, two pools one very spacious and clean. Loose restaurant, but it solves you if you don't want to move. The apartments have everything you need if you want to cook, good fridge, spacious place, if you are going to eat take your car to the center where stabel castle 10 minutes drive or about 6km walk. There are other restaurants on the promenade but I recommend going downtown
