From the entrance of the hotel, I found the reception to be gloomy, sadder than an entrance to a nursing home. Top-notch staff, provides good information. It was impossible to know why we could not reserve parking in advance (with an additional cost), but luckily we had a spot! And fortunately because there were no free spots on the streets; I don't know if we could have stayed without that. Very nice room on the 3rd floor with a view of the river, pretty and very pleasant terrace. Pool was mediocre, not cleaned on the edges which are yellow, it doesn't look clean. And then on weekends and holidays it is filled with children, we find ourselves in a public pool, with screams, shouts, and of course children jumping non-stop; unfortunately, we cannot avoid them in the water because there are so many! The visits to the thermal baths are magical and very pleasant. We discover a very beautiful place. Breakfast buffet is excellent! Very complete, I loved it. The restaurant by the pool is excellent, I recommend it!

The hotel has surprised us. Great location; if you do not want to swim in the pool, you have the river at the foot of the hotel and a 10-minute walk to the fountain of the baths, which is a marvel. I recommend going early before it gets crowded. The food at the restaurant is exquisite; all the dishes are a delight. We stayed for 4 days on a full board and enjoyed the food immensely. Our compliments to the kitchen staff. The only issue is that since it is à la carte, they take a long time to serve you from one dish to another. They need to hire more waiters because it is a shame that the service is so slow given how good the food is. It is not the waiters' fault; they were all very kind and polite; it is just that they cannot handle so many people.

Great hotel very clean and comfortable... The food was exceptional...plenty of choice great waiter service...more like a restaurant than a hotel.. breakfast was the only buffet style and again good quality and plenty of choice...
