This year on our vacation (specifically Friday, July 17, 2026, 14:15-14:30 hrs), we returned to visit your hotel's restaurant-terrace (my wife, a friend, and his daughter) to taste your delicious arroz del señoret; we were very comfortable, as always, being able to choose a table as we like, very cold Mahou draft beer, and beautiful views; however, there was something that prevented the meal from being a ten like the previous year: we ordered mussels in sauce, and they brought them to us steamed (the girl who served us, very kind and pleasant, but without much experience and knowledge, we think she didn't understand well), but the worst part was that they were very small or came empty, they should not have been served, much less charged the menu price, 10.50 euros; additionally, we ordered bread with aioli, and it is the first time that we have been served SANDWICH bread with aioli in the Valencian Community... since we were on vacation and more relaxed, we didn't give it much importance, but we believe that these details should be taken care of... in short, the rice was spectacular, the beer very cold, but the two portions did not reach the standard that your hotel should have.

I was with my mother at this hotel, the location was fabulous, the room was great, the cleanliness was very good, and the friendliness of the staff who work there was also very good.
The only bad thing was the arrogance of the hotel owners' son.
We wanted to watch the World Cup soccer match in the hotel's air-conditioned lounge. Days before, we asked if it was possible to reserve and have dinner. They told us that reservations could not be made and that it was only for drinks, that it was first come, first served.
My mother and I went an hour early to grab a spot and ensure we had a place, and we found half the lounge reserved. When asking the waiters for explanations, they told me they didn't understand it since reservations are not allowed. A kid approaches me telling me that he is the son of the hotel owners and that they have reserved that area for him, his family, and friends, and that if he feels like it, he can even have dinner there.
They told my mother, an octogenarian lady with a disability, to get up.
It is not understandable that there are parts of the hotel that cannot be used for this reason. Nor is it admissible that a kid addresses hotel guests with so little respect and is so arrogant and overbearing.
Everything had been fine at the hotel until this moment.
No one apologized for the altercation.
If reservations cannot be made for guests, then neither can they for the owners' son. As a guest, I am paying to be able to enjoy the hotel's facilities at least as much as the owners' son, since he is surely not paying to do so.
Another family that was there before us told us that they put the reserved sign in front of them and also made them get up; they were also very angry.
A shame during a very good vacation at this hotel.
