The Hostel has no elevator is a building located in the center of the city that is the positive point on the other hand the room is clean and the furniture is well mattressed and pillowed. The bad thing is that the bed is glued to the wall and the window is above the headboard .. and the bathroom tiny ... as for liliput. Otherwise value for money passable

We were hired by the brotherhood of Medinaceli to dress the Virgin of Sorrows they booked it room in this hotel at no time the brotherhood told us that we had to leave the hotel at 12 in the morning of the next day we got up at seven in the morning because we had to dress the Virgin for the Easter procession we were a little delayed to arrive at the room and when we arrived at three in the afternoon they took things out of the room putting it in plastic bags all there dirty clothes all mixed there the cleaning lady insulted us saying that that was not the time to arrive we explained that we were in the brotherhood of Medinaceli preparing the Virgin and that at no time we were told that we had to leave the room at 12 in the morning which if I had not said it we would have prepared our bags and left the hotel because the lady who is dedicated to cleaning the rooms insulted us disrespected us calling us that we had no education and that she already had to leave that she did not clean the room told the owner of the hotel then this lady yelling at us that it was not the time to arrive that she had to leave for more than we wanted to give her the reasons why we had arrived later this lady told us that as a client she did not want us there and I told her that if it was mine she would not be working there anymore because of the disrespect towards any employee can treat the clients we gave us five minutes to change clothes and we knocked on the door of the room constantly to insult us an older lady is shameful old lady and she knows what education Ceuta has not known and what happened to us is that we have lost reception and we are not saying very little to this lady and that she was no longer treated us badly this hotel owner and this lady was not telling us that she was not bad at all. Shame on the treatment we received from this lady who was nothing but a cleaning lady.

The hotel is very well located; but you have many things of improvement and would not repeat. To begin with we arrived and there was like ashes on top of one of the beds, I imagine because the window was open... the smell was not pleasant either. Cleanliness is a must that the hotel did not meet. Fast check-in but without any recommendation or welcome. Nor was it very cheap for the city average.
