The hotel has a central reservation area with all its rooms in pointing inwards - on the other side the building is shared with business offices. All looked clean and modern. Checkin was good, with an English speaking young man who remember me from an email exchange. The room was spacious with good air conditioning, blackout blinds and a fridge. We did have breakfast which was all good. Secure underground parking. The town was about 20 minutes walk away with loads of bars and restaurants. Nothing at all to complain about here.

A bit far from the center but with good facilities and parking included in the room rate. Lousy telephone service; to book I had to call 5 times and one of them told me "a moment" and after 20 minutes, already bored, I hung up.

Excellent 3-star hotel just a few meters from Toledo Gate. The room is spacious, very comfortable and has nothing to envy to that of a 4 or 5 star hotel. The whole hotel is large and very quiet. Breakfast was great and the staff was lovely throughout. As the only detail to improve, the spa and gym are closed on Sunday afternoons. I recommend leaving the car at the hotel (free parking) and touring the city on foot; Plaza Mayor is about 15 minutes away. Hotel 100% recommended!
