My experience at this hotel has been, once again, profoundly disappointing. In previous stays, I had already encountered issues such as a clogged shower or cold rooms in the middle of winter, which they attempted to resolve with a small radiator that, in my case, did not work. Even so, I decided to give it another chance. Last night, after arriving exhausted from work at 12:30 AM, I encountered an unacceptable situation: a room without air conditioning, only with a standing fan, and unbearable heat throughout the hotel. We are in La Mancha; it is unthinkable that an establishment presenting itself as a hotel does not have adequate climate control. To make matters worse, the room was clearly used: unmade bed, trash can with garbage, very strong artificial smell in the bedding, and a fan placed practically in my face to try to compensate for the heat. I complained and they offered me another room, but after this experience—added to the previous ones—I have decided not to return. I cannot recommend this hotel. There are hostels with more basic services, especially in cleanliness, order, and climate control, which should be minimal in any accommodation, especially in one that once presented itself as a 4-star establishment. It feels like, in an attempt to cut costs uncontrollably, the hotel has completely lost the level that is expected. What was once a good establishment has ended up functioning as a simple inn. That said, I hope this criticism serves to reflect and improve. The hotel has potential, but it needs to regain basic standards: rigorous cleanliness, real maintenance, and adequate climate control. With more attentive and customer-oriented management, they could return to being what they once were.

A disastrous hotel!!!. We showered with cold water, the water tank was not working, the room was not cleaned. We had a hard time checking in because it had to be done online and it gave us a mistake (us and more guests we found at the hotel reception in despair). There was no one in person to attend to us. DON'T GO. IT'S A SCAM You phoned and on the other side, an impassive person listened to you and only answered that he would bring it to the attention of his superiors. A NIGHTMARE.
