Intur Alcazar de San Juan

A great option for staying in Alcázar in the summer. The best part: the pool, without a doubt, although they should make more and better lounge chairs available to guests, as well as more umbrellas.

The hotel is very beautiful, but its charm ends with the staff, which is awful. With check-in, they took more than 40 minutes for two rooms... and the person at the front desk was very rude... the next day the whole family ate there and the dining room staff was also very unpleasant... Except for a guy at the front desk who was indeed more pleasant the next day... It is a shame that, being a beautiful hotel, we are leaving with such a bad taste in our mouths...

In our case, it has been the ideal hotel for a 3-day getaway. The staff is very friendly and helpful; you can tell they love their job. The food was very delicious, special mention to their menu with several dishes and their breakfast; the head chef, Bea, has a gift especially for desserts. A hotel that breathes tranquility where the pool has been a decisive incentive. We will return.
