Overall a good hotel. Clean spaces. Friendly staff. Hotel is nicely designed. Rooms are spacious, great bathrooms, good food. My room smells like old smoke so someone selfish smoked in there previously. Gym is tiny.

I really like your chain This particular hotel was very clean, the room was very nice, the bed comfortable, the service good, BUT... We chose this hotel for its proximity to the campus of the Complutense University of Madrid. And across the street was an events venue, holding a party outdoors. At 11.30pm I called reception and asked for neighbours to be brought to their attention or for the police to be informed (they told me they could do nothing) Patiently I waited for the music to stop, at some point it calmed down, but then it continued until about 5 am I called the Local Police. And only with the police warning did the music stop. The hotel is great if you go to a party there, but if you want to rest I think it is the worst place in Madrid to stay on a Friday or Saturday. I'm never coming back. And I wish this comment would serve future travelers.

1st room the aircon failed....not good but without a fuss I was moved. Just meant repacking bags etc bit of a pain to be honest.breakfast OK, but coffee was terrible! Hotel had style, friendly and helpful staff but not really close to anywhere
