Club Punta Prima

I stayed again at the Hotel Punta Prima in Formentera and I must say that I had a really great time. Compared to last year, I found a completely renovated property, with many really pleasant changes. The rooms are new, well-kept, and very welcoming and, overall, the hotel seemed even more beautiful and comfortable to me. The buffet also satisfied me: good choice and quality of food. A very special thanks goes to Fabio and Elia, who were exceptional: always available, attentive to my every need, and very professional. Their kindness and helpfulness made the difference and made my stay even more pleasant. Heartfelt thanks to Fabio, Elia, and the entire staff. I will definitely return next year!

Cute and welcoming property. Friendly and helpful staff. Spanish and Italian staff at the reception. The included buffet breakfast is varied with some made-to-order items (toast and egg station) but monotonous. We never had lunch or dinner there. Small pool. The view, however, is breathtaking; you can see all of Es Pujols, and even though it might seem far, below the hotel there is a path that takes you to the center in just 700 meters (a dirt path but easy to walk). I recommend renting a scooter directly outside the hotel; it's very convenient! Moving on to the negative aspects: I booked a small house that is located far from the reception and the main complex. The problem is that they should state the distance at the time of booking because our room (414) was the last one and it is really difficult to get there with suitcases. Even in the morning with the heat and the dirt road, it is not pleasant. They should equip themselves with a golf cart or similar to at least carry the luggage. I imagined the room to be old with wooden furniture (it was like that in the photos), but instead it has been completely renovated with new, fresh furniture and a renovated bathroom with a comfortable shower. Unfortunately, the curtain let the sun in in the morning, so it was difficult to sleep, and they should put up at least two, and in the bathroom, there is no way to hang towels because the hooks are missing. However, the cleanliness was excellent. Aside from this, I recommend the property.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and is half renovated. I stayed in August 2026 in a family suite and you had to walk almost 15 minutes along a stone path in poor condition pulling a suitcase... and the same distance every day to go have breakfast (another "want and can't"). The staff is fed up with customer complaints. The room was supposed to be renovated but it was only half done (our room flooded, there was no TV in the room even though it was set up for one, damaged and old furniture, they wanted to make money without the renovation being finished... a shame because the resort's location is spectacular.
