Another year and the experience is better every day than the previous one. We booked again with my wife to enjoy a few days of vacation, and the choice has been, as in previous years, a total success. From the first call to finalize dates, their director Helena made it super easy for us, with a genuine desire to provide us with the best once again, demonstrating her professionalism and closeness to the customer. That is the key to success because they value what truly matters. Thank you very much, and if it helps, one more opinion: you do it very well! I also want to mention their reception staff, Alina and Gueda, two absolute geniuses, always with a smile, very kind and professional in everything within their reach. For the restaurant staff, a special mention to Cristina, Belén, Alexandra, Naty, and Alejandro, the most visible faces of a great team that is not only professional but also friendly, with a gift for people. Despite the workload they may have, the service is exquisite, and they bring joy to the experience. Their kitchen staff and the tricks behind their many exquisite dishes are led by the Filipino Master (Don Miguel), and Alberto, a genuinely kind person always with a kind word and a positive gesture. Lastly, a special mention to Adri, the Grill Master, who delights us night after night with his art and high professionalism, managing orders perfectly and serving exquisite grilled dishes. The cleaning staff is excellent and respectful, always on time and a perfect 10. The pool area is very pleasant and welcoming for taking a break from the beach. This year, the lifeguard Rubén from Cantábrico is a charming person. Very good location of the complex with access to one of the best beaches in Formentera.

We stayed in a studio with a small kitchenette (suitable for basic preparations), and despite the limited space, we were comfortable; the campsite is always very quiet, and from the small patio, we could see the sea. Minor issues included occasional bad odors in the bathroom (sewage problem) and mosquitoes during the first days of our vacation (then the temperature dropped, and we felt better). A definite plus was the staff, especially Ms. Geda at the reception, who always managed to meet our requests with a smile (mosquito repellent, breakfast box, information about transportation, etc.). It was an excellent visit at this great hotel 🏨 where we spent it super with the family. Enjoying the magnificent animation team especially Leo Showman and Pedrito the animator who at every moment doing with great quality the work they perform!!
