Thanks to Maria Jesús at reception, we felt at home from the first day. We were a bit lost, and she always guided us, very attentive, and that was without us even asking. It is clear that she is very natural; she was a delight. The location is great, on a paradise beach. I would definitely return to the same hotel because their staff welcomes you warmly.

+ Location, it is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Es Pujol, but despite that, it is in an absolutely quiet area, ideal for families with small children. + The reception and dining staff are friendly, especially the girl who takes care of breakfast, compliments to her. + Beach in front of the hotel, a public beach, but very clean. A bar is available, and a chiringuito is also nearby. - The structure is poorly maintained; with a little more upkeep, it could be one of the best hotels in Formentera. For example, the door to our room did not close easily and had to be slammed shut. - Room cleaning staff 1, insufficient. We brought this to the attention of the reception a couple of times, but one day it was good and the other three days it was bad. - Room cleaning staff 2, a little less noise would have been appreciated. I understand that you are working, but it is not necessary to stand in front of the rooms and shout to communicate at 7:30 in the morning. The people staying in the hotel are on vacation and would like to rest, especially with small children :-( - Price, for what is offered, too high. - Food variety (I can only speak about breakfast), the same identical things every day. The same settings in the arrangement of the dishes. I recommend that the chef take a course in updating and creativity. It feels like we are stuck in the 80s. Unfortunately, since Formentera is an elitist island, people still come here and pay a lot of money even if the service provided is not worth it. Here, we still live in the dawn of those beautiful times. The day will come when tourists will get tired of paying a lot of money for nothing and will go somewhere else.
