Nice hotel apartment Good food nice staff we would like to come back

We arrived at 14:00 and went straight to eat because the room is not ready until 15:00. The buffet was half a bar of mediocre food, frozen fries, frozen vegetables and three other things. They gave us the room at 3:00 PM and I spent an hour going back and forth to the front desk because the key cards kept deactivating and wouldn't open the door. Even though the sun hits you directly all day, you don't have air conditioning, and the fans require a deposit. They still use a tub, and the shower screen takes up more than half of the walkway, a danger when entering. 50 lounge chairs for 115 apartments, and many of them are for three people. Even if you go all-inclusive, you have to pay 1 € for every glass you use at the pool bar. The pool is less than 18 meters long and 8 meters wide. They say it is recently renovated, but it is a stressful place. There is a receptionist who listens to you but doesn't hear you.

food was shocking but everything else was okay wouldn’t go back there again though
