Overall a lovely experience at the hotel. The only exception is the fact that the use of the safe in the room is not included as standard in the room fee, you have to pay a fee on arrival to get the safe activated. I would have thought it should be included in an all inclusive holiday but it isn't.

A lovely hotel that we have visited a number of times. Check in quick - rooms next to family which we’d requested. Looking out onto pool area. Food was ok, plenty to choose from, sometimes could have been a bit warmer. Pool area great. Lots of activities including 2 foam parties. The outside bar didn’t disappoint. This was open every day and most nights. On the days it was shut at night the upstairs bar was really busy with lengthy queues. Overall we had a great time and will return

We were a family of 9 , 5 adults & 4 children - ages 1 year to 16 years, on an 11 night stay. After reading reviews before we came, we had the attitude everyone has different standards/ opinions we will just make most of it! Room We had emailed before hand for me to be near my mum if poss due to health reasons, ended up with interconnecting rooms! towels in bath to change, took dirty away never replaced with clean so had to keep ringing reception. Beds never changed in our time here. We were in room 352/353 with pool view! Mum asked for a second pillow as too low, after repeat requests arrived 4 days later! Air con non existent Pools Smaller pool with jacuzzi is heated and where all activities take part. Sun beds We did have to grab beds at 6am 🙈 to ensure we had somewhere to sit! Never had to do this in other hotels! No policing of towels on chairs when not used all day! Restaurant They do select themed nights, and you will always find something to eat! We had a “try 5 new things” this went down well with kids trying new things and liking them! Only expect 1 drink when sit down at night you won’t be served again unless chasing waiters! Plates not cleared away, struggling to find clean plates/cups Entertainment The animation team do a fab job, shows in convention centre were by the animation team and not every night (lion king & hits through the years) were fab. I believe framissa deals with entertainment and run by French hence the French population here. (Think this is also the main hotel tour operator) Gym Equipment not great, not air conditioned, for health & safety no emergency pull cords if needed, 5 emergency exits all locked too! (Grampy a gym buff) Hotel Very short staffed! life guards were clearing cups away and general tidying! Reception put phone down to my brother when he asked where the cot was for the baby, their response - we’ve given you a single bed! You are on the flight path to so do get aeroplanes over hotel day & nigh. Beach is directly behind you, you will need roomkey to get back in. Tuesdays/saturdays market - front of hotel turn right walk along road and will see on your left (use under passage) shopping centre 5 min walk - front of hotel turn left and entrance by Roundabout under passage further up to McDonald’s too. General cleanliness is low. Atmosphere was def more open to the French, but animation team were friendly and informative. This is not a 4* hotel and we paid a lot of money for this holiday! We won’t be returning or recommend! Timings of Tui rep non existent we gave up after a week as never there for times specified on board or app
