Ants in the kitchen, the cleaning is terrible, The The cleaning team goes through the room but when you come back later you barely notice the difference, they only make the bed and sterile the floor, the rest they don't do, I was there for 9 days and when they clean the bathroom and the kitchen they find it the same, they don't clean the rooms. 9 days, this is far from everything, you need a car, there is a bar at the pool and it seems that this is a meeting point for construction workers in the area and they get drunk, many live in this hotel. Gym very neglected, dirty, everything is broken. There are no supermarkets nearby, there is nothing to eat nearby. The cleaning team is very unfriendly, they don't give you shampoo, there is hardly any toilet paper, if you want to cook you have to buy utensils because there is hardly any to live a normal life. Hormigas en la cocina, la limpieza es pésima, Las El equipo de limpieza pasa por la habitación pero cuando regresas luego apenas notas la diferencia, solo hacen la cama y esterilizan el piso, lo demás no lo hacen, estuve 9 días y cuando limpian el baño y en la cocina les parece igual, no limpian las habitaciones. 9 días, esto está lejos de todo, necesitas auto, hay un bar en la piscina y parece que este es un punto de reunión de obreros de la zona y se emborrachan, muchos viven en este hotel. Gimnasio muy descuidado, sucio, todo roto. No hay supermercados cerca, no hay nada para comer cerca. El equipo de limpieza es muy antipático, no te dan champú, apenas hay papel higiénico, si quieres cocinar tienes que comprar utensilios porque apenas hay para hacer vida normal.

Stayed here summer 2011. Best things about this hotel were it's swimming pool, sea/cliff views, and staff. Other than that, it was a bit of a let down. The hotel is very remote, at least a 10 minute taxi run or 30-40 minute walk to the nearest town. Rooms are standard, which are cleaned every other day, so not so bad. No entertainment at the hotel, and the all inclusive bar shuts at 12, although we naughtily snuck behind the bar and turned the clock back an hour so we could have another hour there! However, the regularly run out of alcohol.... Wouldn't stay here again.

ell what can I say. My wife and me have just gt back from this "hotel" and what a shame. Wer'e not fussy and always find something to eat on every time we go on holiday, well congratulaions horizonte this is the first time ever we were unable to eat what was on offer, it was sheer trash. Firstly there were only 8 people staying in the hotel, I had to have the bed changed on the first day due to urine stains on the sheets, yuk, on the first day by the pool, which isn't bad, I asked for a gin and tonic and a vodka lemon for my wife, when I asked for some ice I was told if I wanted ice I would have to go to the shop for it, amazing. The guy behind the pool bar walked out one night never to return so I had to go behind the bar myself as there wasn't a sole in the hotel.The location is in the middle of nowhere so we use to walk along the pathway into caleta, 30 mins, which is lovely. We spent a small fortune on meals over the course of the week due to the rubbish in the hotel restaurant, oh I almost forgot, on a couple of mornings when we went in for a coffee or a cup of tea they didn't have any milk, beat that. Anyway the weather was nice.
