Riu Calypso

As a frequent visitor to Fuerteventura and Jandia (at least once per year for the past 20 years) this has been my favorite hotel to stay at.

The hotel is completely renovated, the friendliness of the reception staff is exceptional, the attention from Teresa was fantastic, very kind and she makes everything easy for you. They upgraded my room to one with a sea view. There are two things for which I would not return, the quality of the food does not seem good to me. And something that caught my attention in the room was that there were small ants on the desk furniture and insects in the bathroom. Otherwise the room is fine and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. It stands out for the friendliness of its staff, especially the reception.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Our stay was very chilled and relaxing. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. In the restaurant Viktor always remembered our drinks order for Breakfast and Dinner. The selection of food on offer at Breakfast and Dinner is great. The whole hotel was super clean and tidy. For me the only negative would be the transfer time from the airport which is long, but because I loved the hotel, I’d probably do it again! 😁
