Beautiful location, lovely staff, food is repetitive, there is a lot of rude guests that let it down

This hotel is in a great location, good choice of food, hard working staff but feel it’s let down by not having had upgrade for quite some time, especially in the annex area. We visited over 10 years ago and didn’t see much change which I was disappointed with

First day was great it was a Sunday got a couple of sunbeds no problem come monday things changed all sunbeds around both pools had towels on them by 8am and were left like that untill late in the afternoon ,so you either get up at 7am or dont get a sunbed , yes hotel is dated worst thing with our room in the main hotel was the smell of the room and we found out why when you put the aircon on it dripped and made the carpet wet , was told hotel was full so could not change rooms , food does get very repetitive you wont starve . Saving grace was their cocktail bar , would I return probably not
