V.I.P.Villas

I have read so many criticisms and complaints and I must say that they are quite unfounded, yes the hotel will not be the Marriot but has its dignity, and the welcome and relationship with customers by the staff is truly 7 stars! Everything is close; the bar, the supermarket, the beach... No need for more :) A special mention to Javier the animator who with his good humor always tries to entertain everyone with his games and drinks

Dated property no pool table which was advertised ,that area was closed off had to top the pool up every day . One good thing about the property was that it was very spacious and ideally located.

We booked a 3-bedroom villa for our family of 6, but on arrival we were given a property with only 2 bedrooms in the main house and a 3rd bedroom as a separate suite by the pool. This was completely unsuitable and unsafe for our children. We raised the issue immediately with reception, who admitted there was no alternative villa available. We were forced to leave after 2 nights, even though we had paid for 7. The stress this caused our family, including 4 young children, was unacceptable. We have written confirmation from the property that they agreed to refund the unused nights, yet weeks later we are still waiting for this to be resolved. Families should be very cautious booking this property. What was advertised was not delivered, and the lack of accountability has been extremely disappointing.
