Quiet and calm, nice staff, close to the sea, the pool, and my bike paths

Let's start by saying that the photos do not correspond in the slightest to the facility where you stay; the main problem with this facility is the cleanliness and neglect. The complex is large and has a pool, but it is neglected; it is equipped with a bar and mini market to stock up on drinks, water, and snacks; Equipped with outdoor parking. Major cleaning problems, long hair on the floor throughout the room, small insects on the bedroom walls, spiderwebs and accompanying creatures in various corners of the house, spiders large and small in various spots, curtains stained in many places, dead insects under the curtains... In the bathroom, the shower head holder is all rusty and rotten; it could be replaced for what, 40 cents? Air conditioning is only present in the living room via a vent. Almost all the light switches were about to fall off and were all crooked or battered, so much so that the one to turn on the light in the bedroom didn't work, and to keep the light on you had to hold it down or keep touching it to make the light flicker on. The window that opened onto the small balcony was inexplicably locked, consequently making the small terrace inaccessible. I surely forgot something negative. Cleaning and towel changes are done 3 times a week, inexplicable. Dated and damaged furniture, appliances with exposed power cords that are broken or damaged, safe and television cables tangled on the floor, and to top it all off, the omnipresent smell of sewage in the bathroom due to maintenance that one wonders if it was ever done. I give it one star because you can't give less; there is no compromising on cleanliness and hygiene. Avoid it; attached in the photos is everything reported in the review.

The room of horrors; the apartment hadn't been opened in ages. The receptionist's comment was that there is high demand and they had to open more rooms (the annexes occupied by construction staff), a musty smell and cleaning done a long time ago, water pooling in the shower, flickering lights, and no TV because of how long it had been since it was opened to a guest. No light in the kitchen; according to the maintenance technician, the only one is the extractor's, and not a single window because it is in the middle of two rooms. The pool is acceptable, although there are few lounge chairs; the best part is the proximity to the beach.
